Esther Lamnyam is a consultant, coach, speaker, writer, Iridologist, healer and Systems Architect. She is the founder of Imitate Nature Consulting and Coaching and author of the book “Love Under the Kola Nut Tree. What city mom’s didn’t tell you about creating fulfilling relationships.”
Esther’s mission is to help people maintain good health and relationships by understanding the interconnectedness of their life. She uses different healing modalities and techniques to achieve this. A dis-ease in the body causes many other issues; and unhealthy relationships and thoughts also results in health issues. You have to heal the whole person ..mental/physical/spiritual/relations. As a villager and healer, Esther has seen how our ‘civilization’ has usurped us of simple healing tools such as touch, sound, simplicity, silence, nature, water and words.
From working with many people as an iridologist and coach she has seen how elements such as relationships, food, mind, emotions, work, sleep,sex, environment, words, thoughts, lack of self knowledge and stress affects health; and how imbalance in health also affects those elements.Esther has developed a healing program for creating harmony in health and relationships.
She is a transformational and motivational trainer; her training events and breakthrough approach to coaching has inspired and motivated people to discover nature’s processes, laws and rhythms that are constantly at play and affecting them whether they are aware of them or not. She teaches how to tap into these laws and rhythms which cannot be manipulated, plea bargained, looped-holed or bribed in any physical court of law. She shows people how to look for hidden threads and fibers that run through their lives and relationships and connects the dots to find their voice, start anew, create more fulfilling relationships, live healthy lives and make a greater difference in the world.
Esther was blessed to start discovering these processes, laws and rhythms when after graduating from high school she was faced with a life challenging situation. With only one science and technology university in her native country of Cameroon at the time, trying to get thousands of students into a class of 200 students found her sitting on the side lines. Stressed, anxious, suffocating emotionally and mentally, and faced with nowhere and no one to run to, her fervent desire to continue her education pushed her to discover her innate potential and these principles. In less than 5 months after embarking on these principles she found herself in school in the United States of America!
Years later, she again found herself taping into nature’s processes, laws and rhythms to not only solve life’s problems but to live a healthy life. By understanding and imitating nature, Esther discovered a “hidden-in-plain-sight,” method to creating. This now enabled her to finally be able to implement to fruition, information she had learned from self help books, spiritual books and the numerous seminars she attended. She discovered among many other things that there are pre-requisites needed to create at any level. Not knowing these pre-requisites was a reason manifesting what was taught in both religious and none religious self-help books was difficult or non-repeatable!
Esther’s background of science, technology, arts, spirituality, healing, questioning, multicultural, inter-continental allows her to show the individual how to achieve their full potential by using the modality best suited to them be it science, nature, spirituality, or arts, thus they awaken the world within so they can manifest their full potential.
Esther has worked in the service and retail industry with companies such as The Ritz-Carlton, Macy’s where she learned valuable customer service skills. Esther has traveled both nationally and internationally for work. She has trained and tutored many, including Veterans and their families. She has worked for more than nineteen years as a consultant to the U.S. Federal Government providing Information Technology services.
Through working with people as a customer service specialist, IT help desk personnel, systems architect, an Iridologist, herbal counselor, tutor, mentor, spiritual teacher, coach, soccer team player, and information technology consultant, she was able to connect the dots to see the root cause of many issues. “Fixing at the root” is one of the things her clients admire her for.
Growing up in Cameroon, she spent time in the village in awe of how the villagers understood and respected nature and how they used touch, words, silence, fables, folktales, names, herbs and food among other things to heal and nurture relation-ships. Being a healer, science student and information technology specialist, she understands the power of natural elements, rhythms, vibrations, resonance, energy and more. Having lived in the U.S. for most of her adult life, she can connect many cultures beneficially and thus uniquely placed to motivate, coach and inspire others.

Esther Lamnyam donates a portion of the proceeds from the sale of her works and books to The Njuh Scholarship Fund founded in 2001, to send disadvantaged village kids to school.
Some of Esther’s credentials: She is certified as: an Iridologist, Herbal Counselor, Usui Reiki healer, Network Administrator and IBM Lotus Domino Engineer. Esther has a M.S. degree in Management of Information Systems from the University of Akron, Akron Ohio, a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Spelman College, Atlanta, Georgia. She is also a spiritual teacher and student; a trained speaker and coach. Esther is a graduate of Brendon Burchard’s Expert Academy. She is also a Member of Circle of Champions. She is a villager and nature’s book one of her guides. Esther lives in Bowie, Maryland U.S.A
