Breathing Techniques and Internal Exercises

Breathing Techniques and Internal Exercises

Under the Kola Nut Tree  teaches you to not only exercise your outer body and muscles but to exercise you inner organs that do most of the work to keep you healthy. Our internal system of exercises will awaken your body, give you a new found appreciation of the miracles of the human body.

We spend a lot of time exercising our external muscles. However, our internal muscles and organs need to be stimulated also. While a lot of us focus on the heart, the lungs and stomach, the body has a lot of other organs that also need our attention. I will show you how to exercise those internal organs that make you vibrant because if you wait until they complain it would be harder to get them back to normalcy.

For example we will show you stretching and massage techniques used by animals to stay lean, tough and agile.  There is a lot you can learn from Animals and Nature. We will show you exercise and breathing techniques that will help put you to sleep or get the 15 minutes power nap you so desire.

Breathe is the one thing we all can not live without for a few minutes. Among other things, we will show you how to use breathing to manage pain and eliminate it altogether, handle stress, awakened your body, and help circulation. Your body is more powerful and smarter than we currently know. It needs just a little help from us from time to time and it will fly with it.

I help you begin to acquaint yourself with you, this beautiful, complex machine that is a perfect orchestra, each organ knowing what to do, how to do it, when to do it and does it.

Exercise within and watch what happens without!
